- Environmental law compliance: Is your business in full compliance with environmental law? Federal and state regulations are complex and extensive. Make sure your business meets all legal requirements. Talk to an environmental law attorney.
- Environmental law due diligence: If you are buying real property in association with a business, make sure you are not also inheriting costly environmental problems. A lawyer can help you protect your interests. If you are selling a business or property, make sure you legally disclose any issues.
- Toxic waste, leaching, pollution: Almost any business can face environmental problems, but manufacturers or any business that handles chemicals or electronics (dry cleaners, gas stations, computer retailers) face obvious risks.
