  • With a business litigation background, I am increasingly called upon to act as a neutral in complex business and technology disputes. My primary legal expertise is in antitrust and trade regulation, having successfully handled nearly 1000 HSR filings and investigations over the years.

    My practice focuses on antitrust counseling, as well as mediation and arbitration. In the competition arena: I advise technology companies on global distribution, marketing, pricing and monopolization issues. I have particular expertise in Hart-Scott-Rodino merger notification filings and government merger investigations. • Founder and a leader of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s (WSGR) antitrust practice group.
