BioDiane Polscer is a founding member of Gordon & Polscer, L.L.C. and has been the managing partner since the firm’s inception in 1994 in Portland, Oregon, and Seattle, Washington. Gordon & Polscer was named, once again, one of the 2015 U.S. News & World Report - Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms,” recognized as Tier 1 in Portland for Insurance Law. Diane focuses her practice on insurance coverage, commercial litigation, and a wide range of business and insurance disputes. Diane was admitted to the United States Supreme Court in October, 2014. She has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers since 2006. This is the tenth consecutive year she has been named to this peer-elected distinction that is presently awarded to only the top 5% of attorneys in Oregon.
