INBLF – Chicago Fly-in Meeting

In 2018, the INBLF Civil Litigation Practice Group held an inaugural—and very successful—one day fly-in meeting in Chicago, for networking and professional development.  This year, the Environmental and Real Estate Practice Group will join the Civil Litigation group in Chicago on Friday April 12, where the two groups will conduct parallel sessions.

Fly-In Site:

The 2019 INBLF Fly-In will take place at the Chicago Marriott O’Hare, located at 8535 West Higgins Road, Chicago, Illinois 60631. This hotel is in the O’Hare Airport area and has a shuttle available to transfer you from the airport to the hotel.  The hotel has direct L train service into Chicago, should you wish to extend your stay and visit the city.

Hotel Room Reservation:

Room rates are a specially-negotiated $99 per night, plus taxes and fees. This rate is available for the nights of April 11 to 13.  Reservations may be made by calling Marriott at 773-693-4444.  To get this rate, identify yourself as part of the INBLF group staying at the Chicago Marriott O’Hare.  Reservations can also be made using this link.

Reservations must be received on or before the cutoff date of Thursday, March 21, 2019.

Hotel Parking:

Parking at the hotel is $18 for 0-18 hours or $32 overnight. The lot is directly in front of the hotel and is easily accessible, with many available spots. Overnight guests can use their room key for in and out access through the parking gates. The hotel can also provide vouchers for daytime guests if needed for in and out access.

Friday April 12, 2019, 10:00-4:30 p.m.:  Substantive discussions in conference rooms at the Marriott Hotel.

Friday April 12, 6-9:30 p.m.: Networking and dinner at Harry Caray’s Restaurant, Rosemont.
