Daniel W. Glasser left Big Law with little more than a laptop and a dream in October 2019. Since then, he has grown his firm a one-man “solo” operation into a formidable litigation boutique. Mr. Glasser is a commercial trial lawyer whose practice is devoted to resolving business disputes. Mr. Glasser has been named by Colorado Super Lawyers magazine as a Super Lawyer for five consecutive years (2015-2019) and as a Rising Star in 2009, 2012, 2013. In addition, Mr. Glasser has an AV Preeminent Rating, the highest rating available from Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Glasser has been selected for recognition in Best Lawyers in America and America’s Top 100 Bet-the Company Litigators.
H. Michael (Mike) Drumm has been running a completely remote law firm since 2010. His virtual law firm, Drumm Law, has 23 employees. Before founding Drumm Law, Mike wore a suit and tie every day and worked at a large national law firm (he is grateful that he no longer has to wear the “lawyer costume” every day). He is most proud of being a father of three and of hearing “you don’t remind me of a lawyer” when he meets people. Mike is continually recognized as a Franchise Times magazine Legal Eagle, and 1851 Franchise Legal Player. He is a designated Certified Franchise Executive by the International Franchise Association and has received commendation from Super Lawyers. Mike has given presentations on intellectual property, distribution and franchise law across the country. Mike attended law school at the University of Texas and a semester at University College London (he visited 15 countries while “studying”). Mike obtained a BSBA in Business Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is admitted to the state bars of Texas and Colorado. Mike is also the founder of Party O’ Clock, a DJ company.
