The INBLF opposes all forms of discrimination or mistreatment against any person or organization on the basis of race, sex, gender identity or expression, religion, national origin, ethnicity, disability, age, sexual orientation, or marital status.
INBLF supports efforts to ensure diversity, inclusion and equity in its membership and in the legal profession as a whole. To that end, the Board of Directors of INBLF commits:
- To work with its members and chapters to increase diversity, inclusion, and equity within the Network
- To partner with organizations of legal professionals who are from diverse communities to introduce them to our network and encourage membership in the Network
- To report to the Network on those efforts
