INBLF would like to congratulate James Pooley of our San Francisco chapter on receiving the 2022 Distinguished Citizen Award from the Boy Scouts of America.
Jim is President of the Pacific Skyline Council and an Eagle Scout. The event to honor him will support the Pacific Skyline Council’s ScoutReach program, providing opportunities for all youth regardless of economic circumstance, neighborhood, or ethnicity to have an enriching and life-changing Scouting experience.
