Trade secrets form an important part of any business’s intellectual property. With many businesses moving to remote work,  steps should be taken to protect trade secret information that is shared via the internet.  As highlighted by a recent Delaware case, companies that fail to utilize all of the security features available to protect information exchanged over the internet put their ability to protect their trade secrets at risk.
