Daniel Manna is the Managing Member of Gass Weber Mullins LLC. Mr. Manna has represented clients in many areas of civil litigation, including securities litigation, construction law, products liability, federal and state consumer law, insurance coverage disputes, statutory health care privacy law, state and federal civil rights, and general commercial litigation.

Mr. Manna has successfully represented some of America’s largest companies in both state and federal civil litigation and private arbitration. Mr. Manna has represented clients locally and nationwide, including helping to defeat class certification in a securities fraud action in Nevada, winning summary judgment for a Fortune 50 client in a personal injury matter in Wisconsin, and winning summary judgment for an information technology client accused of violations of statutory confidentiality rules and invasion of privacy. Mr. Manna’s practice includes appellate work, and he has helped secure victories in both the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Wisconsin.

Mr. Manna is a co-author of the Wisconsin chapter of the Tort Law Desk Reference, a fifty-state survey published by Wolters Kluwer Law and Business.

Mr. Manna received his Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School, where he was a three-time Harlan Fiske Stone scholar and active participant in various moot court and mock trial programs. Mr. Manna received his undergraduate degree in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin – Madison School of Business.

Mr. Manna is admitted to practice in Wisconsin state courts and in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
