Amazon Sued For Another BIPA Violation, This Time Related to COVID-19 Employee Scans

Colgate notes that any company conducting COVID-related employee scans should be aware of what cybersecurity laws relate to said employee scans, and make sure that employers are conducting the scans while engaging in all required practices under these laws.
